At RISE-UK Foundation, we recognise mentorship as a critical driver of professional growth, equity, and representation within health and social care. Participation in a group mentoring initiative for aspiring clinical psychologists in Manchester highlighted the transformative role that structured mentorship plays in strengthening professional pathways. The sessions focused on key areas including career development, application strategies, interview preparation, wellbeing, and navigating progression into clinical and academic roles. At RISE-UK Foundation, we are committed to empowering women through research, skills, and collaboration, recognising that when women rise, communities rise.
